ALWAYS WANTED TO LEARN POLE DANCE FOR FITNESS?

Shemoves pole dance fitness programs are exclusive to Shemoves and have been liberating and motivating ladies from all backgrounds, ages and body shapes since 2004!

There are 9 levels to the Polemoves pole dance fitness program and each level is an 8 hour course which is mastered in 6 weekly lessons which are 1hr + 20 minutes long. 

This means you can master the pole in much less time than many other pole courses.  Our upcoming course start dates are shown on this form.

From Polemoves beginners right up to Polemoves Ultimate3, each course is jam-packed with pole dance moves/spins, hangs and holds, progressions and extensions, plus floor-work and pre-choreographed routines to today's latest tracks!

All Polemoves techniques and progressions are designed to build skills, strength and confidence and are taught in a female only, safe and non-judgemental environment.  Our team of wonderful and highly skilled Instructors are also very grounded, warm, super encouraging, friendly and very 'real'!  

Best of all, there's no need for any prior knowledge or experience in order to join Polemoves beginners. Just a sense of adventure and fun!
