Static Trapeze... yes please!

Want to try out some trapeze without committing to a full 6 week course?

The SheTeam invite you to try our increasingly popular aerial dance courses that are both beautiful and challenging! Bring heaps of energy for this 1 hour burlesque themed, static trapeze trial class which will give you a taste of the elegant poses and strength building tricks worked into an introductory level routine, with a focus on safety and fun! 

We will firstly warm you up with a warm up and stretching sequence from our complimentary casual flexibility class, Flex Appeal. Next you will be taken through some beginner level moves and poses on the Trapeze and guided through a beautiful routine!

Your passionate instructor will then give you a demonstration of some inspiring high level Trapeze sequences whilst you enjoy some refreshments!(you will need it!)
